  Service is just terrible... Booked a table early on the day, got there early aswell and got sent away because there are other higher paying customers who have not made any booking. Topolinis have gave the impression they only prefer $ other than servicing their customers. Will never be back again. Very Disappointed.

  My wife and i had attended this venue many times before without complaint. Food is always good. Had my daughters birthday there on Friday the 12th of Feb. Started off good right up until her cake came out and we had waited 15 mins for coffee. The waiter although appoligetic spilled a boiling cup of hot chocolate on my partner. After they cleaned up the mess no staff would attend to our table as if red faced. We left and upon being presented with the bill was astounded that i was charged full price for the meals and drinks ( yes even the one that burnt my wife ) , wasn't offered any discounts , appoligies , nothing. Sadly we will not be returning. Im a small business owner also and understand that while mistakes will be made , management has a responsibility to ensure his/her clients are all ok and that some sort of communication/remuneration would result in a better outcome for both paties.Very Sad
